Darkness to Light’s Stewards of Children® is approved by the Indiana Department of Education to meet abuse prevention training mandated for all school staff every two years.

Stewards of Children® is a child sexual abuse prevention program developed by the national organization Darkness to Light. This evidence-informed program teaches adults to prevent, recognize and react appropriately to child sexual abuse. This training program is designed for parents and any adults who work with children or adolescents. Stewards of Children is the only adult-focused child sexual abuse prevention program listed as a Model Program by the U.S. Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention. This award-winning program has been provided to over 2 million adults across 78 countries.
