SMS Terms and Conditions
Effective September 14, 2026
These SMS Terms and Conditions govern text messages sent by Indiana Center for Prevention of Youth Abuse and Suicide ("ICPYAS," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to receive text messages as described below.
Program description
ICPYAS uses text messaging for service-related communications with people who request or consent to texts. Messages may concern school or program coordination, presentation and training scheduling, confirmations, reminders, follow-up information, responses to questions, and related customer-care communications.
Consent and enrollment
You may opt in through an online or written form, by giving verbal permission to an ICPYAS staff member, or by initiating a text conversation with us. Consent to receive text messages is not required to receive services from ICPYAS. If you provide a mobile number on behalf of another person, you represent that you have permission to do so.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with ICPYAS, scheduling needs, and the communications you request. We do not promise a specific number of messages.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan. ICPYAS does not charge a separate fee for text messages.
Opting out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out, you may receive one confirmation message, and no additional messages will be sent unless you later opt in again. You may reply START to resubscribe.
