By submitting payment through this link, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • In accordance with Indiana state law, Golden Tickets must be purchased in person from an authorized representative of the Indiana Center for Prevention of Youth Abuse and Suicide (ICPYAS).

  • This payment link is provided solely for electronic payment convenience and does not constitute an online raffle ticket purchase.

  • Your Golden Ticket will only be issued upon completion of an in-person transaction with an ICPYAS representative, at which time your eligibility for the raffle will be confirmed.

  • Payments submitted without an in-person interaction will not result in a valid ticket entry and may be subject to refund.

Need Not Be Present to Win

The winner will be selected at random on September 18, 2025, at the conclusion of the Treasure Our Children Trivia Night event. You do not need to be present to win. The winner will be notified using the contact information provided on this form and/or their raffle ticket.
