Based on NetSmartz digital safety education, each session includes a short video on a key digital safety topic—such as online privacy, cyberbullying, or managing screen time—followed by guided discussion questions to encourage open, honest conversation between teens and their parents/caregivers. It’s a simple and effective way to stay informed, connect with your teen, and build skills for staying safe online together.
